A connected sequence of at least 5 chips of the same color, arranged either vertically, horizontally, or diagonally on the board is required to win in Sequence 5.

Printed chips are positioned in the four corners of the game board, accessible to all players as placeholders for their colored marker chips. Utilizing a corner placement reduces the required number of marker chips needed for a sequence to four. Moreover, multiple players can incorporate the same corner in their sequences.

Objective of Sequence 5:

A player must successfully complete two sequences before their opponents to secure victory.

• Each player starts with a hand of 7 cards.
• On their turn, a player replaces a card from their hand with a chip on the board and draws a new card from the deck.
• The card deck contains 4 Jacks:
  • Red Jacks can be interchanged with any opponent's card.
  • Black Jacks can be placed on any open space on the board.
• If a player is left with a card that cannot be placed on the board due to both spaces being occupied by marker chips, it is deemed a "Dead Card." The player should discard this card, draw a replacement, and continue their turn.
